Turu Ba Ri Canopy Tour

If you’d like to fly like superman, then we’ve got the place for you!  Turu Ba Ri is a 583 acre nature and adventure park about 45 minutes due east of our B&B with a wide variety of activities to suit most any individual or family.  Our personal favorite is the Cable Sensacional, where you soar 3930 feet through the air with arms spread eagle over the Tarcoles River.  Definitely sensational! 

There is also over 4,900 feet of zip line canopy tours, complete with a tarzan swing and aerial tramway.  There is a 275 foot rappelling wall, horseback riding and beautiful mountain trails to explore the birds and botanicals, butterfly gardens (over 20 species), iguana and crocodile ponds, as well as the orchid, palm, bamboo and cactus gardens.  Adventures come complete with a delicious Costa Rican buffet.  The wonderfully friendly staff maintains amazing safety standards and makes it a pleasure to spend the day with them.  They are open year round Tues-Sun from 8:30 – 5:00. www.turubari.com
